Sometimes more important than the originally delivered product is the follow up care that goes with a not-perfect order. Too often these days that is sorely missed. In my case, my husband sent a lovely Valentine’s arrangement from Blue Violet which I’ll just say was not exactly up to their usual standards. When I posted my original feedback I was surprised to get a phone call from the store’s owner , Val Pugliese, who immediately said she wanted to make good, asked for some photos (as a teaching tool for her designers) and within a few hours had delivered another arrangement which was perfect. To say I was pleased with the flowers is an understatement. They are beautiful and I’ll enjoy them for days to come. But more important to me and my husband was the prompt personal response and resolution I received from Val which is why we’ll continue to frequent Blue Violet Flowers in the future.
